Appointments in both our Salons are in high demand and we therefore ask for a refundable 50% deposit on all bookings.
If you need to cancel or re-arrange your appointment you will need to give us at least 24 hours notice in order to avoid a cancellation fee.
The 50% deposit is fully refundable when you attend your appointment or give appropriate advance notice of cancellation. The deposit can also be used towards all treatment and product purchases.
If you do not turn up for your appointment or provide 24 hours notice for moving or cancelling an appointment, then the 50% deposit will be forfeited.
For appointments that are part of a course of treatments, one treatment session will be deducted from the course total for any missed appointment or where 24 hours notice of cancellation/re-arrangement is not provided.
Full body laser hair removal treatments require 48 hours notice.
If you fail to attend an appointment without giving the appropriate notice you will be required to pay the cancellation fee before receiving further treatments.
You must provide an email or telephone number so that your appointment can be confirmed prior to your appointment.
You should aim to arrive at the clinic 5 minutes before your appointment.
All courses of treatments must be completed within 18 months of the date of purchase.
